You, as a customer, are very important to us. We are a small business and therefore do not participate in buying/selling of contact information. Your email and shipping address are used only for a single transaction unless you request a store newsletter for sales/new items. All other personal information (credit card, etc) is processed through Paypal or Amazon. Store checkout is done through SSL server and processed by Paypal, a member of Verisign.
All refunds require a return of the product within 7 days at buyers expense. Items returned opened due to reasons other than seller error will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable. Most manufacturer defects are not covered in the refund policy…buyer should contact company for a resolution (but please email us if the company is unable to assist). Most items ship the next business day; please allow time for weekends/holidays. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Ebay/Amazon customers: Seller may choose to ship USPS, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (AFO/APO by USPS only; P.O. Boxes are accepted). Please ensure the shipping address is correct…misdirected packages will be sent to you again AT YOUR EXPENSE.
Store users: Credit cards are processed via Paypal Pro Payments or Google Checkout and are charged at the time of your order. Cashiers checks and money orders are also accepted.
Ebay Users: Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Please submit payment within 5 days by the Ebay Checkout page. Money orders are accepted.
Amazon Users: Credit/debit cards entered through Amazon checkout are charged at the time of shipping. No other form of payment is accepted.
